The shopping center project in Sokolov represents a new acquisition in the YDeal Real Estate Subfund portfolio.

The shopping park is located in Sokolov, a town with 22,000 residents in the Karlovy Vary region. The project is part of a commercial zone alongside a Kaufland hypermarket and, on the other side, an OMV gas station. Another advantage of the location is the nearby Lidl store. The commercial zone is situated directly along the D6 highway, at one of the two exits to Sokolov.

Shopping Center Sokolov has 100% of its available rental space leased. Our partners include four stable tenants with a long-standing presence in the domestic market: SPORTISIMO, Dr. Max, dm drogerie, and OKAY Elektro.

The building received occupancy approval in December 2018, and the retail units opened in February 2019.
